How to get information to the class teacher

If you have a quick message for your child’s teacher about collection arrangements or health concerns.

Your child’s teacher will be available in the playground at 8.40am each day and after school. Urgent messages may be left at the school office if you do not get a chance to speak to the class teacher. A phone call or email can also be sent to the school office and the message will be passed on to the class teacher.

 

If you would like to talk about your child’s learning progress.

A Parents’ Evening is held in the Autumn and Spring term and there are various curriculum workshops that take place throughout the year. We also hold showcasing evenings where you are able to look at your child’s books.

To make an appointment to meet with your child’s class teacher at any other time, please phone or email the school office (020 8679 5005 / admin@immanuelschoollambeth.org.uk) to arrange a meeting.

If, following your discussion you would like more information, you can make an appointment to meet with the Key Phase Leader for your child’s year group.

 

If you are concerned about social behaviours or bullying.

Please make an appointment to meet with your child’s class teacher. You can phone or email the school office (020 8679 5005 / admin@immanuelschoollambeth.org.uk) to arrange a meeting.  Alternatively, you can also make an appointment to meet with our Pastoral Lead, Mrs Oakley.

If, following your discussion you would like more information, you can make an appointment to meet with the Key Phase Leader for your child’s year group. (Early Years Leader – Miss Ridley, Key Phase 2 Leader – Mrs Clarke (Years 1-3), Key Phase 3 Leader (Years 4-6) Miss Lewis.
